El Dorado Rum Skeldon 2000 Collection Rare Cask Strength is a legendary single still Guyanese rum from El Dorado -Demerara distillery. The rare collection Skeldon 2000 is a Single Still rum, distilled in 2000 and bottled in 2018 with an alcoholic strength of 58.3% vol.

The rum is not filtered and all the 18 years of aging took place in the tropical climate of Guyana.

Nose: Dried apricots, raisins, almonds, walnuts and hazelnuts

Taste: Sweet with honey and vanilla. Very dry and woody at the end, with a bitter finish.
